USING FLASH PLAYER 11.1
Flash is a programming language that many publishers use to create animations, games, and interactive programs for the web. Flash is also used for programs run locally on a users computer. To use these Flash based programs and web applets, the end-user must have Flash Player installed. One component of Flash Player is a file called “flash.ocx.” If this file is missing or damaged, you may get an error message.
TROUBLESHOOTING FLASH PLAYER 11.1
There seems to be two root causes of this error. A description and solution for each follows:
■You receive the error message “Cannot find the file flash.ocx” every time you start your computer or each time you open your web browser (such as Internet Explorer). This is usually the result of a missing “flash.ocx” file caused by an incomplete installation of Flash. Here’s how to remedy the problem:
1.How to uninstall the Adobe Flash Player plug-in and ActiveX control
Due to recent enhancements to the Adobe Flash Player installers, you can now remove the player only by using the Adobe Flash Player uninstaller.
Save it somewhere convenient.
2.Run the downloaded program and allow it to finish.
3.Once the uninstall completes, restart your computer.
4.Visit the Flash Player website and download/install the latest Flash Player version.
5.That’s it!
■You receive the error message “Cannot find the file flash.ocx” at seemingly random intervals or when starting a specific program (other than your web browser). First, perform steps 1-4 of the previous solution. This will insure you have the latest version of Flash Player installed. If you still receive the error message, continue with the steps below:
1.Navigate to the folder “C:\WINDOWS\system32\Macromed\Flash\”. In this folder you will see a file named “Flash9f.ocx”.
2.Make copy of the “Flash9f.ocx” file in the same folder as the original (copy the original, then paste the copied file into the same folder).
3.Rename the newly made copy to “Flash.ocx”.
4.If the previous steps don’t eradicate the error messages, change your screen saver to one of the defaults that are included with Windows (such as “3D Text”).

Move Past Life-Altering Fear

Agoraphobia is a Greek word that means fear of the marketplace; but its meaning in English is fear of open spaces, or even of leaving the house. The phobia often arises as a result of panic attacks. People who suffer from it are scared of going anyplace where they might have an attack and be away from help or embarrassed by their behavior. The disorder is more common in women, though experts aren't sure why. Research has shown the best treatment is repeated exposure to the place or activity that causes distress. Multiple studies have found a lasting decrease in symptoms among patients who faced their fear.
Crud
but essentially, you force yourself to do the thing you dread, over and over again. The key is to ease yourself into the situation, expose yourself to your fear for a minute or two, then add on a few minutes with each subsequent visit. For example, if you're afraid to go to the mall, first find a trusted friend or family member to drive you there and simply park in the parking lot.........
I haven't gotten near this bad yet..
Another time, go to the entrance and look in. Then come back on a different day and walk a few yards inside the building-say, to the first intersection or main hallway. Later, you can try heading farther inside, then enter a store and so on. Once you complete each step with a friend, start over and do them on your own-you must get to the point where you can do it alone to fully overcome the fear. Keep in mind that you're more likely to be successful if you use the technique while also going to see a cognitive behavioral therapist, who can keep you from becoming discouraged..

Internet Job Search
In a job search, the Internet has much ccore to offer than job listings.
Here are some other things you can do:
- Figure out what field or job is best for you
- Research companies you may want to work for
- Use e-mail or Web sites to turn in job applications
- Connect with people who may know of job opportunities
- find jobs anywhere-not just in your hometown
Use a notebook to keep track of your job-related notes and thoughts. As you search, log all of the jobs you apply for and other information about your job search. The notebook will always be available and won't suddenly stop working like a computer might. Ugghhhh
